Fuse and Collide: Japan-China-Korea Student Animation Co-work

(Online Symposium)

Co-work is a program in which animation students from graduate programs in Japan, China and Korea collaboratively create short animation works from the development stage to completion. Tokyo University of the Arts (Tokyo Geidai), Korea National University of Arts (K’Arts) and Communication University of China (CUC) take part in this venture which marked its 11th iteration in 2020. In addition, from 2016 through 2020 Co-work received support from the Campus Asia program, a trilateral program to encourage exchange among university studies in Japan, Korea and China. This event will focus on the achievements of Co-work over the past 11 years, as well as consider trilateral exchange within the context of Campus Asia.
