Works selected for the 4th New Chitose Airport International Animation Festival

The following Department of Animation student works were selected for the New Chitose Airport International Animation Festival. They made the cut from a record-setting 2,037 submissions from 85 countries and regions.

In addition, International Competition nominees include “Echo Chamber” by Ryo Orikasa (Department of Animation, class of 2010), “The Unfamiliar Ones” by Ryoya Usuha (Department of New Media, class of 2017) and “Notes on Monstropedia” (Department of Animation, professor). Japan Competition nominees include “100% Electrical” by Yoko Yuki (Department of Animation, class of 2015) and “Spedial Favorite Music ‘Royal Memories'” by Masaki Okuda (Department of Animation, class of 2010).
